Assuming you mean a terminal window in Photon try something
like pterm -K17. The first number is foreground color, second
is background.
1 is blue, 7 is grey

The option to pterm controls color at startup. If you want to change
colors after pterm is running, escape sequences are needed. For a QNX
terminal, the attached script will do it.
