Hello,
This is probably a common new user question, and might be better suited to
the “installation” group, but here goes. I have my machine set up to switch
between Win 98 and QNX. When I run Win 98, my audio drivers work fine.
However, when I start up Photon under QNX and open the Media Player, I
immediately receive the message “Player Error: Could not connect to the
audio driver. (May not be running)”. I think I had sound working at one
time, but I don’t remember messing with any audio settings while getting set
up.
Here are the specs:
QNX Neutrino OS 2.11
Photon microGUI 2.0
In Win98, the following sound drivers are listed:
Crystal PnP Audio System CODEC
Crystal PnP Audio System Control Registers
Crystal PnP Audio System MPU-401 Compatible
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
David Whiteman
Hi David,
Could you please post the output from pci -vvv
here?
Thanks
Erick.
