intel network card problems

hi

i’m a beginner in unix and rtp.
in my workstation i got a intel pro/100 network card and is not found by qnx
6. i downloaded now the drivers package from intel for the qnx os (yes there
is really one, but there also stand novell?). ok i copied them on a ms-dos
formatet floppy
under windows. how do i now integrate them to qnx?
and how can i mount this floppy?

Hi Pato,

Since this is a Dos disk, you must specify the mount type.

So type mount -t dos /dev/fd0 /fd. Also you will have to put the lib.so file
with the other network drivers which is located under /x86/lib/dll.

Then slay io-net and run io-net -d[driver] -ptcpip and it should work

Can you tell me where you found these Intel drivers? I’d really like to
take a look at them. Thanks!
