chkfsys fails & i can't figure out the output

Hi,

I’m using QNX 6.1 on a desktop, its installed under win2k and been loaded
from a boot disk.
After using the chkfsys command I’ve got an output that I can’t figure out,
maybe you can:

I wrote:
chkfsys -qPr /dev/hd0 (i have hd0,hd0t11,hdt12)

output:
“Severe error (uses one or more blocks marked free in bitmap: 0x262AA92)
[/dev/hd0]
Will mark as sued if the bitmap is saved (data probably OK)
Severe error (uses one or more blocks marked free in bitmap: 0x1)
[/dev/hd0]
Will mark as sued if the bitmap is saved (data probably OK)
chkfsys: Root directory has wrong file name (FIXABLE)”

The same output appears as i run the same command line for the hd0t11/12,
only the hex address changes.

Any ideas, what’s the problem and how might i fix it?
