the computer , the system gives me the option to boot into QNX RTP ,goes
into it unloads the package, loads the file system but in the last-hangs up
with the following error message-
cannot load the fonts installer Please check if the Photon is properly
installed.
What do i do Help

Hi Arjun,

I will get the Apps guys to look at this, but in the
meantime could you post the last thing that get printed on the
screen when you boot using the verbose mode. (press space at
startup and enter verbose mode).

Thanks

E.

Hi…

Remove and reinstall the RTP software. This may help in the case that a
file or a number of them got corrupted somewhere along the line (i.e.
when burning the CD, copying files, etc.). If the problem persists,
burn a new CD if possible, if the problem persists, then…, you may
want to create a partition for QNX RTP alone, and do it all over again.
If all fails, then QSSL will help.
