fs-nfs2 problem

I have an embedded qnx application on a flash memory chip that copies
the files form a linux nfs server. I ran it on an intel p2 pc and all
works fine. When I used a cyrix 266 machine, the mounted directory is
missing some files. When I checked the server, all the files are
present. What could be causing this? How can I fix this problem?

Are you using the same NIC card in the Cyrix computer? If not try swapping
them and see what the results are.

I tried compressing the file on the linux comp and extracting it directly on
to the cyrix computer’s ram drive. And it worked, but it is too troublesome to
recompress the files when ever changes are made on the files in the linux
machine. What could be another solution for this problem?
