Access to the parallel or serial port

Hi,

I start with QNX and have several questions :

  • how much serial line can I access Com1, Com2, Com3, Com4, Com5 …
  • To make some test of timers i want to change the value of a pin of the
    parallel port or serial port in my program. So I can use an oscilloscope to
    check my timers. How can I do this ?
