Hello,
while my QNX boot up i got this output:
Detected EIDE. Searching for devices.
simq_timer: building abort ccb
ata_start_ccb: func 10
simq_timer: building abort ccb
ata_start_ccb: func 10
Detected SCSI ncr8. Searching for devices.
After this, the system is up, but the IDE CDROM is not mounted.
Please help…
Regards,
Robert
Hi Robert,
This is an issue with DMA. Rebuild your boot image
using the non dma version /boot/build/qnxbase.build
and the problem should go away.
Also make certain that your CDROM (if attached as a
slave) also has a master on the same chain.
