Devc-Con not found...

I get the stupid series of “devc-con not found” and other stuff… I know I
have to press f2 when I get in the input menu or whatever… I’m really new
at this
But in whatever version I have (6.0 or 6.1… 6.0 I think)
there is no f2 option in the input menu… I really want to use Qnx, so
please help.

I’ve also tried http://qdn.qnx.com/articles/jul0601/upgrade.html and using a
boot disk.

F2 isn’t listed initially in that menu - it’s actually under ‘F1’ -
pressing that will give you another menu. This is a little confusing for
people who are booting 6.1 and look and say, “What? It doesn’t list X as an
option…” I fell for it at first, too
Did you install QNX using the windows .EXE file? Like, when you boot the
computer, does the Windows screen pop up first, and then you get a menu
like:
Windows
QNX
QNX (no dma)
something like that? Or did you install it to a partition all by itself,
so that its own bootloader comes up (or a floppy is needed) automatically?
I had this problem when I used the windows .EXE, because I moved the
program files from D:\program files\qnx to D:\qnx - while I ran the Windows
programs to update the settings, something somewhere in QNX didn’t like it,
so I had to move it back. Did you move the directory at all? Just listing
options (I may not be able to help beyond this - I’m mostly asking questions
from my own experiences
