Hi

I have question.

Where I can find configuration file for lan card in QNX 6.1? I need start at
system starts another lan driver.
Is the nettrap utility supported in QNX 6.1?
Thanks

Check out the /etc/system/enum/devices/net file, it’s the enumerator that
starts the driver for your NIC. I find most people choose the simple road,
and just add their own rc.local in the /etc/rc.d/ directory. Inside
rc.local you can slay off io-net and then start it again, with the
parameteres you wish.

Hi…

Look into pidin. For example:

pidin mem | grep devn
pidin arg | grep devn

This should give you and idea of what commands you would need to invoque
to get a lan card going. Then put those commands in the file
/etc/rc.d/rc.local. Do a search on this as well.

Bests…

Miguel.
