Hi, does any one know if there is a BSP for ATMEL’s AT91RM9200? I have to design a pc104 board based on arm9 and with QNX running on it. Thanks for any suggestion!

Hmmm, based on the ARM920Tâ„¢ right? You might try a Integrator development board BSP. (qnx.com/products/bsps/).
