remote root connection

Hello.

Connecting my windows computer with QNX computer via FTP works as long as I
use any user name except “root”. My problem is to connect as the “root” in
order to have full access to the QNX system.
Are there any configurations I have to make on the QNX computer to be able
to log in as “root” remotely?
