Phab appbuilder

I’m trying to install appbuilder but I am having no luck locating the
package
on the QNX website.

Is appbuilder (phab) available as a free download?

I thought I had downloaded it (Photon 3d) , but I can’t see it installed
anywhere.

PhAB can be found in the repository on the CD or in the online
repository. To install packages you must run “pkg-installer” and select
the packages you would like to install. You can run PhAB from the Launch
menu or by running “ab” in a terminal once done.
