"Range check failed" on Toshiba Satellite 4000CDS

I have got two problems with my laptop:

  1. When QNX RP is starting:

Neutrino technology inside …
Processor #1 … 686 with FPU (Pentium II Stepping2)
system displays error message:
Range check failed (IO) - Dev 7712 - Vend 8086 - Class c0300 - Addr ffe0

  • Size 20
    Alloc failed ffe1 - Size 20

What does it mean? Problems with USB?

  1. I cannnot run my Photon properly in resolutin above 640x480. When I
start 800x600x16, I have got “noised” belt below the screen (snapshot
attached, or in my home directory on quics - id mikrob - if inn.qnx.com
    doesn’t allow binary attachments)

pci -v output attached

These messages are coming from the pci server.

This is a known problem and we are currently working on a solution.
