Symbios 53C895

Hello everyone,

I have a few problems making my SCSI adapter work under QNX Rtp.
It is a Tekram DC390-U2W, with a Symbios Logic 53C895 chip.

Rtp is installed on my IDE drive, on a FAT32 partition. On my SCSI
chain, I only have one drive, with the ID n°6.

I can boot and use QNX without any problems, but my SCSI drive isn’t
detected. So I thought I had to launch devb-ncr8 manualy. Is this
correct?

So I login as root, and I type this in the terminal:
devb-ncr8 cam verbose &

I get the following output:

scsi_interpret_sense: path=0, target=0, lun=0, cam_statut=4a,
scsi_status=0
scsi_interpret_sense: path=0, target=1, lun=0, cam_statut=4a,

and then the system freezes. No mouse, no keyboard (not even
Ctrl-Alt-Del)…
I’ve double-checked my scsi chain, and everything seems correct. The
terminator is plugged, and my drive works well under Windows, BeOs and
Linux.

Am I doing something wrong?
