That message means it could not find QNX installation on any of the
filesystems it was able to mount. There are 2 possible reasons - either it
did not recognize the physical drive (because it is SCSI, or UltraATA
66/100) or it did not recognize partition. What kind of partition is your
drive F? I’m not sure QNX can mount logical drives within extended
partitions… If that’s the case, install it into a primary partition.

Well I installed it into the primary dos partition (ie. C drive), well I did
now, and same problem.
Additionally, I am using an UltraATA66 drive (I think all drives larger than
8 gigs are of this type, since the 33 one can only support up to 8 gig in
size…).

Do you think that the fact that I am running the drive on a LX motherboard
be a reason why it is not working?
Since I have to load up a Fujitsu driver from MBR everytime I boot up, since
if I didn’t do so, DOS would only recognise only 8 gigs of my drive, and not
all 17 gig (since the LX motherboard had BIOS code that allowed access to
drive through interrupt, but the old BIOS coded didn’t allow access to 17
gig…).

I had also booted up using switch number 6, and it did detect HDD model
number correctly (brand and model).

I have no problems also if I used Redhat 6.2.

Thanx for reply.
Hope you can help me more
