photo hangs on Running crttrap

I just installed QNX from the free 24mb downloads on the QNX home page. It
hangs while loading photon hangs on crttrap command. It prints this on the
screen.

Running crttrap, please wait…

/usr/photon/bin/dev-iographics -dldevg-s3.so -I0x5333,0x8901

/user/photon/bin/dev-iographics -dldevg -vesabios.so -IO -d0x533,0x8901

i looked for that directory but i couldnt find it. is the file missing? what
causes it to hang? how do i fix it? the QNX demo floppy disk loads just
fine. I have to video card but i only use one of them. the on the mother
board is no longer used. the one on the motherboard is s3vx64 or somthing
like that and the PCI graphics card i use is bali 128/3d w/the voodoo rush
chipset and w/6mb ram.

Any ideas?

As long as I know crttrap … it seems to be a utility which works
in a true dual mode.
If it works it works flawless … but if it fails it fails
completely

Try crttrap -vvvvvv and see what happens …

I’m having the same problem. Everything works fine until Photon is loading
then crttrap freezes and my comp locks up. The computer I’m running it on
has an integrated AGP Intel i810 which I’m not using, and a Diamond Stealth
s540 (savage 4) PCI card. Before it locks up it recognizes the s540 as a
Savage 4, then it appears to recognize it again as a standard VESA card,
finaly it recognizes the i810, afterwards it locks up. It all works fine
from the command prompt, but I can’t load photon.
