Is there a way of installing QNX RTP to a logical partition?

I installed QNX RTP 6.0 from cd to a primary partition next to partition
with Win2k, but windows didn’t boot and boot.ini file was somehow messed up
after restart…maybe it’d work if I hid the qnx partition (i don’t remember
if qnx boot manager was capable of that), but I’m not comfortable using this
boot manager anyway, I’d prefer to use XOSL for booting QNX, but i guess
there’s no bootsector code in the bootsector area of the qnx partition,
cause QNX would not boot with xosl.

If there’s some more convenient way of placing qnx to logical partition than
messing with partition table  - please let me know
