How does one install patch b on a machine with no network?
(More precisely, patch A has problems with the pcmcia card
that patch B supposedly fixes.)
I found a qnx-dev-6.0-x86.qpr file from tucows that looked like
it had some potential, but the package manager says it is
“Development Core Targetting x86 (patch B)”, but is missing
qnx_6.0B and qnx_dev_6.0.
Thanks!
Kevin
You have to download a big bunch of packages!
I do not know how many. But it was not just
one package. Try to get network running and
use package manager.

I’d gladly download them (all) and burn them to a CD, if I knew where they
were all at!
(I’ve found 2 more on tucows, so I’ll add those to the CD and cross my
fingers…)
I hope that QNX isn’t going down the path of other companies (I.E.
Microsoft) that
is starting to assume everyone has a high bandwidth internet connection
available to
all machines…
Kevin
Hope not !!!
