Intallation problem on Dell 4100 PC

I installed an empty 1.2 GB IDE as my secondary slave drive. I then disabled
my primary drive. Using the boot floppy, I am able to partition the
secondary drive as a QNX partition. After the intallation program copied the
file system onto the QNX partition, it asks me to remove the floppy and
reboot.

I got the following and error message when it tried to boot from the QNX
partition. It was trying to boot from
QNX partition 1 but complained that it is not a system disk.

Please help.
