Bootloader

Hello All,

I’ve now installed QNX RTP twice, once on a desktop and once on a
laptop, both of which run fine (the laptop was a surprise!).

However, the QNX Bootloader doesn’t seem to let me switch between OSes.
I have QNX in one partition, and Windows in another. The computer
starts, prints ‘Press Esc for alternate OS…’, and ignores the escape
key completely. I’m currently dual booting using FDISK :frowning:

Any ideas what’s up?

Thanks,

Arthur

The ESC key for alternate OS is meant for an alternate QNX6 boot
image (.altboot instead of .boot)

Hi Mario & Joe,

Thanks for the help - sorry for being lazy. I forgot about the KB. You
certainly have to be quick on the keyboard for that dual boot though!

Cheers,

Arthur
