PCMCIA as the only I/O interface

Hello,

Does anybody tried to install QRtP v.6.0
to computer with the only PC-CARD/PCMCIA slot as I/O interface.
It means that no protected mode floppy driver available while booting
and as a result any bootable device (floppy/CDROM) is unusable.
I want to install QRtP on Toshiba Libretto mini laptop.
Any suggestions, please.
Thanks in advance.

I guess that’s possible if the machine support booting from PCMCIA slot (as
far as I know most don’t) . You would have to build a custom boot image
that
start the PCMCIA driver load the appropriate driver. Not simple but
possible.
