6.1 and imps/2 ??? (using a logitec (cordless) mouse )

Hi!
I can’t use my logitech cordless mouse,
which is using the imps/2 protocol!
It’s connected to the PS/2 port.

The help pages say nothing about this protocoll.
The mouse worx under Windows and Linux (X11 4.0.0) perfectly!
What’s up with QNX (and Photon) ?

Hi,

Please don’t cross-post…it makes a mess of the newsgroups.

Make sure that “USB Legacy Support” is disabled in the BIOS.

Regards,

Joe

first, it is not an USB mouse
second, USB is completely turned off in the BIOS.

However, I was able to get it working.
Alex Chapiro sent me a patched version of devi-hirun.

Hi,

I have a similar problem (using logitech cordless mouse, legacy USB
support turned off, works under W2K, BeOS & Linux) - I have seen the
patched version of devi-hirun mentioned in other posts in this newsgroup
where it solved the problem; could somebody be kind enough to send it to
me…

Thanks in advance…

/Rune
