Error on Bootup

Here’s the line, after the row of …'s :

Shutdown [0,0] S/C/F=11/1/11 C/D=ff80e517/ff841050 state(c0)= now lock
[0]PID-TID=1-1? P/T FL=00018001/08000020


Machine:
RioWorks PDVIA/LS
Apollo Via Pro 133A
Dual Slot-1’s (P3/500 x 2)
256MB Micron PC133 RAM
2x 53C10101-66 SCSI Channels
Intel Pro/100+ onboard
Savage3D video
IBM 13.6GB IDE. 4GB part NTFS5 (for Win2K), next is 2GB for QNX


Tried booting from 6.1.0 CD, gave above error
Installed 6.0, worked fine, used pkgmgr to upgrade to 6.1, then rebooted,
and
get above error

Good support.

No wonder it took so long to get the IBM
NetVista IA devices functioning correctly.

WAS using the SMP kernel on 6.0, now using whatever 6.1 installs.

Also, on my laptop, the EC2T doesn’t work. Can’t get DHCP address. Light
comes on,
though. If I assign an address manually, it still can’t speak to the
network.

Phunny Stuph happening. That laptop worked fine under 6.0
