Hi Chris,
Try starting the driver with no arguments:
devu-uhci &
Also when you do, use the usb utility, with the mouse
plugged in.
E.g. ‘usb -vvv’
That should display what devices are attached to the controller.
Please post the output of pci -vvv.
Also what version of the OS are you running? I assume it is 6.1,
but I would like to check.
Thanks
Erick.

I didn’t bother starting devu-mouse since I was getting the messages from
the uhci driver. When I plug the mouse into my desktop Neutrino machine and
start uhci, I don’t get the messages.
I was using devu-uhci -p0 from the command line.
Thanks,

Hi Chris,
I am assuming you also start devu-mouse correct? Also how do you start
devu-uhci?
Thanks
Erick.

Hello,
I am attempting to use an Inspiron 8000 with Neutrino. Since the card
bus
controller doesn’t work with the Neutrino driver, I was hoping to use
USB
for a network adapter. However, USB doesn’t seem to work.
I tried plugging in a USB mouse and then running devu-uhci. This gave
the
best results (as compared to devu-ohci). But when I plug the mouse in,
I
get a message appearing on the screen that says “Timeout on control
transfer”. This message appears about every second or two until I
unplug
the mouse.
I have already disabled Legacy USB support in my bios.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
– Chris
