Guys,
I get this error message when I boot to CD with iso image burned on it:
- FD 1.44MB SystemType-(19)
Press Esc for .altboot…
Shutdown[0,0] S/C/F=11/1/11 C/D=ff80e517/ff841050
state(c0)=nowlock[0]PID-TID=1-1? P/T FL=00018001/08000020
I use Windows2000 on an NTFS partition. I have a separate 2 gig partition
for QNX. I have a dual processor VIA 694D mobo from MSI with two PIII 933’s
and a Matrox G450 vid card. I also use a USB mouse. I think everything
else is supported.
What gives?

Hi Jason,
Sounds like it is dying due to the 2nd CPU, although this
is just a guess. OS guys would be best to comment on
this error.
Erick.

BTW, we do support SMP systems, this just might be a wierd case
where something is konking out.

I’d verify that the iso is correct with a checksum:
cksum
2313332395 463765504 qnxrtp_rel.iso
md5sum
8d2db8bef362f61cdc0a19d9e8963024 qnxrtp_rel.iso
See if the CD boots on a different CPU system (or disable you SMP
temporarily), if you get the same results, it’s probably a bad ISO or burn.
