Hello DaFlo,

PhAB isn’t installed by default so you will have to start
‘pkg-installer’ to install it. You can find it on the CD or on the WWW
repository. For Phindows you will have to contact customer service at
1-800-363-9001

Regards,
Dave B.

You could try to reach sites through any free proxy, if problem is in your IP. For example,
cartman.thenap.net:3128 worked for me.

how to set up a proxy in the package installer ?

oops! I used that way to browse QSSL’s web sites and to download packages in my local repository.

Then you could Add repository in installer, point to your directory and so on… The main problem
is to grep QPMs in order to find where is Phab
Maybe new installer has option for proxy, but I’m unaware.
Cheers,
Eduard.

i test with your proxy server but it doesn’t work (the proxy…)
do you have another proxy adress plz ?
thanks
DaFlo

The IP issue is only my guess. It’s only based on idea I had ran into jam very similar to your
problem some time ago. To check this issue you could try anonymous surfing by
http://www.all-nettools.com/tools4.htm
If you’ll reach web sites through anonymizer, it means your IP is blocked somehow by QSSL.
Well, you could look at free proxy list here:
http://tools.rosinstrument.com/proxy/
or
http://www.multiproxy.org/all_list.htm
I’m sure there are many other places in the web with this info.

Best regards,
Eduard.
