I’ve tried several ways but my network-card still won’t work (QNX 6.1)

here’s pin and pci -v - maybe someone could give me a hint
or tell me which PCMCIA works with QNX 6.1 (installed on my notebook)

I’m no expert on QNX, ya unnerstan, but yours looks a lot like
the unsupported cards I tried.
The Xircom is what I’m now using.

Hi Ralf,

Looks like you have a built on Nic card. There is nothing
in your pin output, did you have the card attached at the time
that you typed ‘pin’? What is the full output of pci -vvv
(please post as text, not as an attachment).

Hi,

I too have an Accton EN2242 Series (MiniPCI Fast Ethernet Adapter) on my
Sharp XJ820R laptop which I would like to get working. This is an onboard
NIC. I have installed QNX 6.1.0 on one partition and Linux on another
partition. My network card runs under Linux using the “Tulip” driver but it
seems from the devices listed in /etc/system/enum/devices/net that the Tulip
driver there is for PCards. Below is the output from pin cis and pci -vvv
(quite long). Any help would be most appreciated…

I also just tried a PCMCIA network card.
It has a Realtek 8139 chipset, 32-bit, Typ II. But when I plug it in
the system hangs or doesn’t even start. I’ve read something about 8/16 bit -
