System Hang

I am trying to correct a problem in the system I am working on. The problem
is that the QNX 6.1.0 system that I am using hangs sporadically. The machine
locks up to the point that nothing but a reset will get it going again.

There is no crash dump created and I have not been able to narrow the
problem down with any precision.

The machine is a 1.5 GHz PIV with 4 serial ports, 2 Ethernet ports (running
multicast) and 1 synchronous serial card.

Is there some way of creating a console or telnet session that operates at a
very high priority so that it cannot be hung up by a user process. I have
tried raising the priority of a session to 63 but it still gets hung.

Any / all ideas would be appreciated.
