Shutdown Problem

When I shutdown RTP and reboot to windows, scandisk tells me I did not
shutdown properly.
How can avoid this ?.

By shutting down properly

Certain versions of shutdown/phsutdown did not in fact do anything, and
older versions of the disk driver did not completely protect themselves
against the myriad of signals that (ph)shutdown sent once it started to
do something … until newer versions of both are given away you could
shutdown cleanly yourself with “slay devb-eide”; this will unmount all
the filesystems and mark the FAT32 as being clean (unless an actual FAT
error did occur, in which case you’ll want to run scandisk when
prompted).
