Network DDK or network resource mgr. documentation?

I need to do a resource manager that presents a serial port
interface but talks to an ethernet serial port hub at the
MAC layer. Do we have any idea when some documentation or
examples or even a full-blown network DDK will be available?
Did QNX do all of the various NIC drivers or is there some
form of documentation that was provided to the NIC
manufacturers to write their own?

It is in the (almost famous) patch A.

As of now all the shipping Neutrino drivers have been done by us
in house. I think if you contact beta@qnx.com you will be able to
get access to the beta DDKs.
