IBM ServerRAID SCSI card ???

How can i install Neutrino 2.2 (final, non-commercial version) with a IBM
serverRaid 3H SCSI adapter ?
Neutrino do not reconize the adapter because it is not Bios bootable. (My
motherboard SCSI is disable).
Please help
