Does anyone know of a Wireless LAN Product which currently supports
the
QNX Neutrino platform by providing the necessary Network Driver library
for the
Neutrino device driver io-net. I have scanned the Neutrino documentation
and it
appears that they don’t provide any Network Driver library for Wi-LAN
devices.
If none currently exist I hope that the QNX Neutrino Device Driver
Training Course
will be adequate to enable me to design and implement one for whatever
Wi-LAN
product we decide to use?

Hi Glenn,
Unfortunatly at this moment there isn’t support for any wireless drivers.
There will be a Network Driver Development Kit that will be released
shortly, that will greatly assist in writing a Network driver, it will
show how to interface with io-net as well.

Thanks for this information. I don’t think we will start work on this until
04/01
so if the DDK is released by then it won’t cause our project deadline to slip.
