I’ve posted this one three or four times without response.

Does anyone know of a way to get the QNX RTP web server - Slinger - to
record a log of hits?

Not at this time. You could take a look at the SSI hooks for keeping
stats on your pages. For example run a process that updates your stats
(See exec cmd).
