QSSL intentions for issuing patches on CD-ROM

Is it QSSL’s intention to provide all future upgrades (patches) on
CD-ROM that I can buy shortly after the patch is announced?

One of my systems will be off-line at all times, and upgrading via
CD-ROM, if available, may be the best way.

I don’t know what QSSL plans, but I know that it is possible to
generate your own CD-ROM repository from downloaded packages.
