It’s part of NTO under QNX4.

Yes that’s right, but will it be available in the non-commercial (and
commercial, of course) QRTP release?

To try developing a BSP now - even just for prototyping - folks here
would have to purchase the QNX4-hosted Nto devkit, it contradicts the
very QSSL’s “low cost of entry” concept.
