Hi,
I have an IDE 30Gigs ATA100 (IBM) , when i boot to qnx4 or rtp (from scsi)
I can mount this drive and copy files on it, everything is fine.
But there is no way to make it boot.
I tried every boot loader or fdisk/dinit arguments but i always get:
“Missing Operating System”.
I fear it could be geometry.
Any idea ?
It is most likely geometry. Try to figure what geometry BIOS reports and
enforce it in driver command line before you write OS loader onto
drive.
