Where can I find the Patch B files.

Hi All,

Where can I find the Patch B files. I want to burn them on a CD cause my QNX boxes don’t have internet access.

Thanks in advance,

Freddy

I’m in the same situation. Ditto to the question.

There was a similar note posted on qdn.public.qnxrtp.newuser
Basically, you can download .QPR files from http://qnx.tucows.com/ of the
patch B stuff. Of course, you need to be running Patch A first.
The catch: I had the files burned to CD, and whenever I tried to use one
of them (any of them), the package manager told me I was missing files. Not
sure. Anyways, with the file manager (if you’re using Patch A), you can
just double-click on the .QPR files, or from the command line enter
‘pkg-installer -u .qpr’ and it’ll start up the package manager. Hope
you had better luck than I did :stuck_out_tongue:

The patch B-download-links at Tucows are broken: the QNXRTP 6.0 base patch
is the same file as the additional QNXRTP 6.0 dev patch, but with another
filename. Thus, if You try to install it, the package installer complains
about the missing base patch. Look at ftp.qnx.org.ru/pub/ they have the
right files (somewhere in “qnxrtp/patch/”, i have forgotten the right
directory).
