resource manager: unable to attach name

Hi list,

I am playing “A simple example” in the chapter “Writing a Resource
Manager”.

But I got “Unable to attach name.” problem. I cut and paste the code
from the
docs, and compile it without any problem.

Could somebody give me some hints?

Make sure you run the program while logged in or "su"ed as the “root” user.
Otherwise, you can’t attach names.
