I have a vague recollection of reading a message
stating that unix domain sockets don’t work yet
under QNX6. Is this true? If so, are they expected
to work in the future (near or far)?

I have a vague recollection of saying such a thing =;-)
You can simulate unix domain sockets with a socket
connection to localhost or with two pipes (with a
moderate level of success depending on your needs).
Yes they will work in the future … but how near or
far I can’t tell you right now =;-).

Thanks. I did eventually find threads to this effect.
I’m patching up the perl test suite and want to know
which tests to skip and which to fix.
