A number of C++ libraries seem to have disappeared in 6.1, namely the stuff
under /usr/include/g+±3
(I tried looking for tree.h and stream.h.)
Am I not understanding something or are the just missing?
Thanks.

6.1 by default has Dikum C++ libs and headers.
stream.h IIRC is a GNU libio thing and should probably not be
part of any new code as define in the recent ISO C++ std.
Not sure about tree.h
