Ethernet Performance

Hello…

I have a performance problem with my Ethernet Network.
With an FTP transfer I have maximum 10kbyte/sec on one System.
On my Development System I have normal 1000kbyte/sec what is normal.

Problem System :
Diamond Logic PC104 System with 266MHz Pentium.
Network : Intel 82559ER.
Network startup code : io-net -d speedo -p tcpip &
waitfor /dev/socket
ifconfig en0 10.2.239.27 &

The two Systems are on the same network hub (speed 10MB/sec).

I have no idea what that could cause.

Thanks
Patrik Cipriano

I forgot to write the spec of my Development System :
Dell P3 500MHz
Network : 3COM 3C905B-TX

Best Regards
Patrik

Hi,

This problem has been fixed in our latest driver (which is now in QA).
Expect to see this fix in the next release of QNX6.

Regards,

Joe

There is also an updated speedo driver on developers.qnx.com.
