text rendering in Helpviewer

Hello,

There is problem with rendering of “blue” strings (func names, parameters,
etc) in Helpviewer. I see only top half of them. I tried different fonts and
switching antialiasing on/off. It doesn’t help. Does anyone had such
problem? Please advise,

The problem concerns not only links (blue text). Please look at example
(picture has been taken from Helpviewer):
http://fortna.com.ua/render.htm

The same problem with message bodies in Mozzila.

Please help! Impossible to work!
