I am trying to install driver for a geode based motherboard. Even if I
disable enumerator throuh F11 and F5, driver does not start, as /dev/snd is
not created.
If I try to put ioport, irq and dma, driver runs but no file is created
under /dev/snd and playsound_noph does not work.
I could run sb driver, but when I try to run playsound_noph, it waits
forever.
Had anyone ever tried to run audio on a Geode system?
This motherboard also has 83815 network chipset but I could not make it work
perfectly… I could run drivers, and everything seemed ok, except that
dhcp.client does not work…
