PC Card modem not detected

Hello everyone,

I have a Zoom 2975L Dualmode PC Card Faxmodem inserted in a TI 1420 CardBus
Controller, (which is supported by QNX 6) on my Dell Inspiron 4000.

I can’t seem to get QNX 6.1 to recognize it.
A pin command shows empty slots. For some reason, four slots are listed.
Also, is there a reason why four slots are listed instead of two?

It works fine in RH Linux, and is identified as a “serial or modem.”
I don’t understand why it is not detected, since it is a controller-based
modem.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me get QNX to detect my
modem.

Thanks,
Jaden Jahner

Can you please post the output of ‘pin cis’

This is because we support combo cards. So slot 1 may have a network adapter and
a modem in it. So the two entries for slot 1 would be used. However if the
card is a regular card, then it would only fill one of the entries for slot 1.

Thanks
