DiskOnKey Support?

Hello all,

M-Systems (the makers of the DiskOnChip) now have a USB Flash storage device
call ‘DiskOnKey’. They don’t list support under QNX for the DiskOnKey. Does
anyonw know if QNX will support this at some time? Or does anyone have any
ideas regarding how to get it to work now - perhaps with Linux drivers?

Any comments are appreciated!

I questioned them on this at the Embedded Conference in Boston early last
year and they did not have any plans at that time but at least the person I
was talking to was aware of QNX. I was thinking it might be a nice
alternative to a smartcard. Looks like M-Systems claims it works on Linux
and I see a site with some info on it
(http://www.stray.ch/articles/dok.html ) so probably someone could write a
USB driver for it.

I myself have an interest in these as well (saw them a while ago on
www.usbstuff.com). However at this time we don’t have plans to
support this. You could grab the USB DDK and give it a shot though.

Erick.
