creation of channels

Hi all,

I’ve got a question about the creation of channels.

My process creates a single channel via the function ChannelCreate().

Is the channel ID of the first channel created always equal to 1 ?

It’s a bad idea code around that kind of an asumption. That behaviour can
change later down the road.
