io_open() is a function to handle an open request from a client.
iofunc_open() is a function to verify a clients ability to open a specified
resource. Finally, iofunc_open_default() is the default handler used to
handle open requests.
I would suggest getting Rob Krten’s book “Getting Started with QNX Neutrino
2” to help you along in you project.
With a PC, I always felt limited by the software available.
