installation went smoothly, but when I tried to boot to QNX I get

When you installed Linux, did you overwrite the primary boot loader with
lilo?

It means devb-eide ( or SCSI ) hasn’t detected your HDD.
Try some diskboot options ( press space… )

I used the CD installer as my boot disk but I still could not mount the files.
