About driver installation

I found that there is support for Via 82c686A in RTOS 6.1. I’m using RTP 6.0
and I want to ask whether I can direct use the driver so that I can get
support without upgrade to 6.1. And how do I do that?
Thank you.

It’s tricky but can be done. You would have to get every networking
related program and shareobject from 6.1 and copy them over 6.0.
6.1 went through major internal changes

Unless you really have to stick with 6.0 for some reason I would advice
against it.

Thank you.

Thx
